Service area and charges
An order can be delivered only when its destination is offered at checkout. Any shipping fee or free-shipping eligibility is calculated there. Customers are responsible for supplying a correct recipient name, full mailing address, email, and phone number.
Preparation and travel time
Payment-authorized orders are ordinarily packed in approximately 1–2 business days. Delivery after carrier collection is estimated at approximately 2–4 business days. Neither period is guaranteed, and weekends, holidays, severe weather, customs, high carrier volume, remote destinations, and inaccurate details can extend it.
Shipment notices
Tracking information is sent through the contact details entered at checkout when the carrier makes it available. A number may not show movement until the first facility scan. Address corrections should be requested promptly, but they cannot be assured after processing begins.
Delivery concerns
For a delayed or lost shipment, a delivered scan without receipt, visible transit damage, or another carrier exception, send the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and useful photographs. We will review the available records and seek carrier assistance where appropriate. Restrictions shown during checkout remain applicable.
